NEW DELHI: The Mobile World Congress (MWC) is just a week away, and at least one of the products Microsoft plans to unveil at the expo has already leaked online.
According to the database of Brazil's telecom certification agency Anatel, the Lumia 640 smartphone, whose model number is RM-1109, will come in a dual-sim DTV variant, which includes integrated digital television. The leaked paperwork also revealed some of the specs and features of the Lumia 640, such as quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage.
In terms of display, the Lumia 640 is said to come with a 5-inch screen with a 720p resolution. Also, it will sport an 8.7MP rear camera and 0.9MP front-facing camera. The smartphone reportedly also has a 2,500mAh battery, while its connectivity suite will feature 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
It is expected that this mid-range smartphone will be priced at approximately $275.
