Home Made Healthy Pizza

Make your own pizza at home. Everybody say that pizza is junk food but lets make healthy home made pizza. Follow the steps below to make:

Materials: 1 Pizza WHEAT bread, 1 chopped onions, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1/2 chopped capsicum, half crushed carrot, 2 spoon tomato ketchup, butter, cheese(optional)

For 1 Person

Steps to make:

  1. Take a flat pan. Put it on gas then put very small amount of butter in pan. Let it melt.
  2. Once it melt, put pizza bread upside down. So top side of pizza will absorb butter.
  3. Turn pizza bread. Take the whole pan from Gas.
  4. Now take 1 spoon of tomato ketchp and spread it on pizza bread
  5. Put onions first
  6. Put Tomatoes
  7. Put capsicum
  8. and at last put crushed carrot. Carrot usually sweet. So put very little if you do not like sweet taste.
  9. (optional) put crushsed cheese on it
  10. Put the whole pan again on gas and put lid on it. Gas burner must be at lowest level
  11. Wait for 3-4 minutes and check the base of pizza. If it is somewhat crisp, it is ready to eat.

Some people like burnt bread. For that you can keep it on gas for more minutes.
